02 SOLUTION SOURCING
Client sends a product description with specifications, certificates, desired origin, visuals and other requirements to Green Creek Partners (GCP). Volume and target price are also helpful to establish unit economics. Client is assigned to a GCP sub-GPO unit.
GCP sources solutions within our GPO network after aggregating demand to present a quotation to
Client. Samples are sent to Client for product confirmation
03 ORDERING
Payment terms are confirmed and GCP issues a proforma invoice. The Client, upon their acceptance
of the PFI, places the order. Production begins after the order is placed and Client is notified upon the completion of production.
04 SHIPMENT
Every lot of GCP product is subject to a minimum of one Final Random Inspection (FRI) and Loading Supervision (LS) by a qualified third-party to ensure quality of product and safeguard against producer fraud. Products are then shipped for receipt by Client. Final invoice is issued and paid accordingly.
